Michael P. Thornton, President Mr. Thornton has over 20 years of experience as a civil engineer. He has worked on a variety of public works engineering projects including street improvements, drainage improvements, water system improvements, wastewater system improvements, and reclaimed water system improvements projects. Mr. Thornton has been responsible for managing, planning, evaluating, and designing these projects and has providing construction engineering and surveying services for many of these same projects. Mr. Thornton has prepared project proposals to public agencies prepared master plans and technical studies, established project budgets, and managed projects throughout the course of providing engineering services.

Terry Renner, Associate Engineer Mr. Renner has approximately 7 years of experience as an Assistant Engineer. Mr. Renner has assisted with preparation of water, sewer, and drainage master plans including computerized system modeling. He has assisted in preparation of construction drawings for grading, water system and wastewater system improvement projects.

Michelle Sells, Office Manager Ms. Sells has over 6 years of experience as an Office Manager. She works in the office managing office filing of paperwork, typing letters of correspondence, proposals, specifications and helping the office staff with any projects that may need assistance. She also handles incoming and outgoing mail, telephone calls, ordering of office supplies and maintaining the office.
